We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. 

An RMA# is REQUIRED for all returns. Please request an RMA# through the "My Account" dashboard and we will send you the information required to ship the item back to us. 

Items returned without a valid RMA# are subject to a 20% restocking fee and a possible delay in processing.

Gideon Personal Protection does not pay for return shipping unless the product is determined to be defective or the result of a shipping error.  Please contact us within 30 days of receipt if you receive a defective item so that we can facilitate the return/exchange.
